LIMITED WARRANTY

Applicable to race kits only including frame, fork, handlebar, and seat post.

CW Racing Products manufactured by Revcore Products (Custom works BMX  LLC) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three hundred sixty five (365) days from the provable date of purchase.  CW Racing Products will repair at its own expense any part or accessory found to be defective by the manufacturer provided that the warranty card has been completed and registered within (30) days of original purchase.  Dealer labor charges are not covered by this warranty.

CW Racing Products are not designed nor intended to be altered for use in stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar activities, or with motors or power driven vehicles.  The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage to or failure of parts or accessories or any other loss due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance. 

To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this warranty, return the part or accessory, shipped prepaid, to CW Racing (Custom Works BMX LLC).  This warranty excludes any shipping and delivery charges to and from CW Racing. 

Replacement or repair of defective parts, shall be the sole remedy of any purchase under this warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL CW RACING BE LIABLE ON ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  This written warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied by operation of law or otherwise except as stated above.
